A weekend of wellbeing, great food, live music, workshops, Entertainment & exciting activities. Come join us at the beautiful Kirklinton Hall and Gardens (Nr Carlisle) on the edge of the Lake District (Directions).
The Feel Good Festival gives you the chance to experience a wide variety of wellbeing activities, therapies & entertainment from some of Cumbria’s best practitioners, therapists and musicians. Treat your body and family to a weekend of health & happiness. Limited space available – please book early to avoid disappointment.

The 2019 Feel Good Festival Kicks off in...
Playing a much larger part in this years festival will be the number of Yoga instructors and the different styles on offer. We've been fortunate enough to bag many talented yogis who'll be coming along to share their passion for Yoga and to help you feel good.
Current line-up includes Vicki Allonby, Martyn Blacklock, Caroline Robinson, Rachael Shreeve, Trish Hamilton, Anna Blair & Ananda Mindful Yogi.
Classes & Workshops
Fundamental to the 'Feel Good' philosophy is moving your body and making exercise fun. To help fulfil this, over the weekend you will have the opportunity to try...
Meditation & Mindfulness, Pilates, drumming, circus skills, various dancing styles, Chi Kung & many other classes/workshops. Oh, and don't forget the yoga!
Making you feel good throughout the evening will be a number of live music acts on Friday & Saturday night.

Talented performers will be running a number of daily workshops, including circus skills, belly dancing and stilt walking as well as providing evening entertainment on Friday & Saturday night.

In addition to some amazing circus acts and live music, we've got some great performers & artists lined up to entertain and make you feel good.
2019 line-up TBC, but last year, Astral Circus performed a jaw dropping pyrotechnic display & other talented artists were on site to both perform and to teach in a workshop.
Food & Snacks
Delicious, wholesome, locally sourced food will be served up by a number of vendors, who will be on-site morning to night all weekend.
One to One Treatments & Therapies
There will be a number of on-site therapists with their own treatment 'Pod' to pamper you and make you feel good.
Options include Reflexology, Reiki, Sports Massage, Chiropody & other more 'exotic' treatments!
Forest School & Children's Activities
The Feel Good Festival is a family event with plenty to occupy curious minds. Children's games and arts & crafts using natural materials is provided by Branch Out Forest School. Also, Child care provision is available over the weekend (Bookable on the day). NOT INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE.
